| bus if we don't have it in hand. SPORTS MEDICALS ARE | ||||||||||||||||||

| 2010 Agreement | This needs to be completed and signed by the Camper, | |||||||||||||||||
| Parent or Guardian and the Rotary Club Chair, then | ||||||||||||||||||
| returned to the Camp Royal Committee by April 1, 2010. | ||||||||||||||||||
