| 2008 Medical Form | This needs to be completed by the camper's physician and | ||||||||||||||||
| in our hands by May 1, 2008. The camper can't get on the | |||||||||||||||||
| bus if we don't have it in hand. | |||||||||||||||||
| 2008 Agreement | This needs to be completed and signed by the Camper, | ||||||||||||||||
| Parent or Guardian and the Rotary Club Chair, then | |||||||||||||||||
| returned by April 1, 2008. | |||||||||||||||||
| Current Year On-Line Reports -- Available When Blue | |||||||||||||||||
| Bus Schedule 2008 | This PDF report provides the transportation schedule for | ||||||||||||||||
| campers. Club Chairs: email the driver name & cell number to | |||||||||||||||||
| the Camp Royal Committee at committee@camproyal.org . | |||||||||||||||||
| Reservations Report | This report provide the number of reservations by gender | ||||||||||||||||
