| You will need the LATEST VERSION of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view and print Acrobat files. To obtain a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, CLICK HERE to download and install the software. You will only have to do this once. | |||||||||||||||||

| Application Form | Use this OPTIONAL form to SELECT campers at the Club level | ||||||||||||||||

| Note that Camp Royal conflicts with Boy's State dates. Do | |||||||||||||||||

| Registration Form | Campers will be registering Online this year. We will not | ||||||||||||||||
| be using paper forms to gather Camper personal information. | |||||||||||||||||

| to register online. Make sure they know your Club's name! | |||||||||||||||||
| 2010 Medical Form | This needs to be completed by the camper's physician and | ||||||||||||||||
| in our hands by May 1, 2010. The camper can't get on the | |||||||||||||||||
| bus if we don't have it in hand. SPORTS MEDICALS ARE | |||||||||||||||||
| NOT ACCEPTABLE. | |||||||||||||||||
| 2010 Agreement | This needs to be completed and signed by the Camper, | ||||||||||||||||
| Parent or Guardian and the Rotary Club Chair, then | |||||||||||||||||
| returned to the Camp Royal Committee by April 1, 2010. | |||||||||||||||||
